CHF/JPY Potential H&S

Man some of these Yen pairs just do not want to drop. I'm keeping my eye on these two potential H&S patterns one minor and one major. I don't think we are too far away from some significant Yen strength and am anticipating a closure of the gaps on both this and the EUR/JPY pairs

Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated
