$DJI targeting 27050 could be flat till FED decision Neutral

Good setup for RSI and stochastic after 4 weeks of consolidation , coming days will test indicators to show up the next move . above 27050 will be high possibility to make a new all time record . also can touch it and close down then this will be negative signal and will target filling the gap at 26600
