ETH 4H DOUBLE BOTTOM & DOUBLE TOP

ETH just build a double top on the 4H, and we could have some potential for an equilibrium playing out here.
Note that in the bigger picture on the Daily, we're still in the bear flag.
In the direct correlation we're at the critical stage: We're trying to uphold the critical 0.055 area.
