Quantitative Probability Tool - Explanation
Hi All,
I will be posting ideas more frequently and will be using this tool on all posts so I figured I would make this first incase people become confused about what it means.
The tool will only be applied to a pattern that I have been backtesting and have calculated the odds of achieving these levels via 5000 or so backtested trades.
The pattern is a reversal pattern and criteria for its development are both price action + indicator based and is 100% quantitative.
Hopefully this can be of use in some way as it might change your bias/ help avoid going against the probabilites in specific situations.
The majority, or perhaps all, of the setups will be posted after the trade is actually triggered as alot of setups form but never trigger (this would lead to alot of spam posts).
