so obvious i was wrong with my assessment previously, looking everything i didnt do as far as checking time frames and realising i misjudged the trend and obvious got my assement wrong, im trying to relearn everything i learn with my old team who for me are amazing people regardless of what others might say, im at point where im trying to put together self education and everything they taught me together and memorise it ..

so going off the trend using timeframes and obviously its ranging at the moment so i kinda just used basic support and resistance levels to see if the long in progress would continue

just try8ing utilise what i already know to create my own trading plan
