Due to the announcement of the lisk.js event, we saw a healthy organic demand spike in LSK buying-volume. This lead to the rise of LSK towards the 1.618 fib at $11.72 which is an important resistance zone for LSK. If LSK can break this resistance and close the daily candle above this zone, it could also break the trendline resistance. If this happens, we could see a swift move by LSK towards 16.66, $21.59 and $24.65. However, if LSK is not able to break this resistance before the event, it could trigger a “Buy the rumour, sell the news” sell off cycle which could cause LSK to drop towards the lower support zones at $8.67, $6.78 and $5.30. These would be good entry points for long term holds. Important level to watch is $11.72. If this resistance breaks, LSK will make a run for the higher resistances and could be a fruitful “breakout” trade.
