Nifty at crucial level - Courtesy - second wave of Corona

Nifty is at crucial level. 13850 expected to be a big resistance. To break the level and make up move, some more big money to be pumped into the system. However, considering the second wave of Corona News, would the FIIs and the investors pump in more money ?
