SHR - Buying at support - Possible breakout

Price action in a noticeable fib channel but bouncing off a support level (of sorts).
Hidden bullish divergence on both RSI and MACD. Risk reward looks good for a long here. Target $0.05 short term. News is incoming so all bets could be off on the upside.
A break and retest of $0.027 would indicate a break out is happening.
