More to the downside to the all-time low? Or time to accumulate?

If you are willing to accumulate and hold we are nearing the all-time low. After a cost restructuring 02-Nov, 2020 - the next key point is 2Q 2021. Regardless of the news reported in Q2, as we get closer there will be more interest in this company that may offer a unique opportunity for patient investors. Given the possibility of a volatile market during this same timeframe, investment at this level for me makes sense. I am invested here and assume risk to the downside but plan to accumulate as we get closer to the all-time low.
