Piramal Capital and Housing to issue over 1-yr bonds - bankers
India's Piramal Capital and Housing Finance has plans to raise 5 billion rupees ($60.3 million) through the issuance of bonds maturing in one year and 13 days, three merchant bankers said on Friday.
The company will pay a coupon that is linked to the Mumbai Interbank Offered Rate (MIBOR) and has invited bids for the issue on Monday, they said.
