he script tracks and visualizes the price range of a security during the first 30 minutes of the trading day (starting at 9:30 AM Eastern). It:

1. Captures the highest and lowest prices during the first 30 minutes of trading
   
2. Draws horizontal lines at these high and low levels
   
3. Extends these lines for the next 2 hours of trading
   
4. Labels the high and low values on the chart
   

This type of indicator is commonly used by day traders to identify potential breakout opportunities, as price movements beyond the opening range (either above the high or below the low) can signal trading opportunities.
The indicator overlays these levels on the price chart, with the high level shown in green and the low level in red.
