Tick Chart RSIHello All,
This is Tick Chart RSI script and it calculates & shows RSI for Tick Chart. What is Tick chart? Tick Chart is created using ticks and each candlestick in Tick Chart shows the price variation of X consecutive ticks (X : Number of Ticks Per Candle). For example if you set "Number of Ticks Per Candle" = 100 then each candlestick is created using 100 ticks. so, Tick Charts are NOT time-based charts (like Renko or Point & Figure Charts). Tick is the price change in minimum time interval defined in the platform. There are several advantages of Tick Charts. You can find many articles about Tick Charts on the net.
Tick Chart and Tick Chart RSI only work on realtime bars.
You can set " Number of Ticks Per Candle " and the colors. You can also set any of the candles OHLC values as source for RSI.
While using Tick Chart RSI I recommend you to add Tick Chart as well.
P.S. Tick Chart RSI script can be developed using different methods. in this script, all RSI values are calculated on each tick because RSI is calculated for only real-time bars, and also calculated for limited number of bars

NY Liquidity sweep - MuralidharNew York Session Liquidity Sweep in the Asian Session
This term refers to a price action phenomenon where liquidity created during the New York trading session is targeted and swept (or cleared) during the subsequent Asian trading session. Let’s break this down:
Key Components:
Liquidity:
In financial markets, liquidity often refers to the areas where stop-loss orders, pending orders, or clusters of trades accumulate. These areas typically form around key levels like highs, lows, or consolidation zones.
Traders often place stop-losses above recent highs or below recent lows, creating "pools of liquidity."
New York Session:
The New York session is one of the most volatile trading sessions due to the overlap with the London session and the significant participation of institutional players.
It often leaves behind key levels, such as session highs, lows, or consolidation zones, where liquidity builds up.
Asian Session:
The Asian session is typically less volatile compared to the New York session. However, it can still be used by market makers or large players to manipulate price action.
Due to the reduced trading volume, it is easier for large players to sweep liquidity during this session.
What Happens During a Liquidity Sweep?
Formation of Liquidity Zones in the New York Session:
As the New York session progresses, traders establish positions, leaving behind liquidity pockets such as stop-loss orders around session highs and lows.
Asian Session Sweep:
In the quieter Asian session, price often moves to these liquidity zones created during the New York session.
This "sweep" is often a sharp move in price designed to trigger stop-loss orders or entice breakout traders into the market.
Once the liquidity is taken, price often reverses sharply, leaving behind a false breakout or a wick in the price chart.
Why Does This Happen?
Market Maker Behavior:
Market makers or large institutional players may manipulate prices to access liquidity.
By sweeping these zones, they can fill their larger orders at better prices.
Inducing Traders:
A sweep may be used to lure retail traders into positions before reversing the market direction, trapping them.
Practical Implications for Traders:
Identifying Liquidity Zones:
Mark key highs, lows, and consolidation areas from the New York session on your charts.
Watch for price action around these zones during the Asian session.
Avoiding Traps:
Be cautious of trading breakouts during the Asian session, as they might be liquidity grabs.
Look for confirmation before entering trades.
Using the Sweep to Your Advantage:
After the sweep, wait for signs of reversal, such as candlestick patterns or rejection wicks, to enter trades in the opposite direction.
Example:
During the New York session, a high is formed at 1.2000 on EUR/USD.
In the Asian session, price moves up to 1.2005, triggering stop-loss orders placed above 1.2000.
After the sweep, price sharply reverses, leaving a wick at 1.2005 and continuing downward.
By understanding this phenomenon, traders can better anticipate market behavior and refine their strategies to avoid being caught in liquidity traps.

ORB opening range breakoutThis indicator plots the opening range high and low for a selected period of time in minutes after the market opens on an intraday chart to allow the user to visualize the high and low of the opening range for use in the Opening Range Breakout (ORB) strategy.
The Opening Range Breakout (ORB) strategy is a trading approach that involves identifying the price range within the first few minutes of a market session and then waiting for the price to break out of that range. This indicator facilitates this strategy through the use of shaded regions and/or price levels.
Features
Able to plot the high and low for any opening range above 1 min on any intraday timeframe
Fully customizable ORB region, price level, price axis, label
The inclusion of the Bollinger band along with it's Moving Average serves multiple purposes to assist the user in the opening range breakout strategy
Highlights to the user the deviation from the Moving Average due to an opening range breakout so that the user is better informed on whether to avoid entering a position, exit a position, or monitor the situation more closely
Highlights area of support or resistance formed by the Moving Average of Bollinger Band
Inform the user of the current trend direction to serve as confluence during an opening range breakout
What sets this indicator apart from others
In other ORB indicators, the opening range must be a multiple of the current chart's timeframe, restricting users on the intraday timeframes that can be used. E.g. if the user is using the 15 minutes opening range, they are restricted to use the 1, 3, 5, 15 minute(s) chart.
This indicator gives the user the flexibility to set any opening range above 1 min on any intraday timeframe. E.g. if the user is using the 15 minutes opening range, they are free to use any intraday timeframe on their chart, such as 1 hour or 2 hours chart.
How to use
Input the opening time range of interest in minutes
Check the "ORB region" checkbox to shade the ORB region
Check the "PRICE LEVEL" checkbox to draw a horizontal line of the high and low
Check the "PRICE AXIS" checkbox to plot the values on the price axis
Check the "LABEL" checkbox to draw a label of the high and low

ZelosKapital Round NumberThe ZelosKapital Round Number Indicator is a tool designed for traders to easily visualize significant round numbers on their charts. Round numbers, such as 1.20000 or 1.21000 in currency pairs, often act as psychological levels in the market where price action tends to react. This indicator automatically marks these levels across the chart, providing a clear reference for potential support and resistance zones. It is customizable, allowing traders to adjust the visual appearance, such as line style, color, and thickness. By highlighting these key levels, the indicator helps traders make more informed decisions and enhances their overall trading analysis.
Percentual Variation This script is an indicator for plotting percentage-based lines using the previous day's closing price. It is useful for traders who want to visualize support and resistance levels derived from predefined percentages. Here's what the script does:
Calculates percentage levels:
It uses the previous day's closing price to calculate two positive levels (above the close) and two negative levels (below the close) based on fixed percentages:
+0.25% and +0.50% (above the close).
-0.25% and -0.50% (below the close).
Plots the lines on the chart:
Draws four horizontal lines representing the calculated levels:
Green lines indicate levels above the closing price.
Red lines indicate levels below the closing price.
Displays labels on the chart:
Adds labels near the lines showing the corresponding percentage, such as "+0.25%", "+0.50%", "-0.25%", and "-0.50%".
This script provides a clear visual representation of key percentage-based levels, which can be used as potential entry, exit, or target points in trading strategies.
Enigma Endgame with Dynamic Trend-Based FibonacciThe Enigma Endgame script combines dynamic trend-based Fibonacci levels with the core principles of the ENIGMA strategy. It provides traders with actionable signals by identifying key levels of fractal support and resistance and highlighting opportunities to trade with market momentum. This tool is designed for multi-timeframe analysis and is especially effective during high-volatility sessions like London and New York.
Purpose and Usefulness
This script was developed to simplify complex market dynamics by integrating Fibonacci principles with ENIGMA's logic of fractal support and resistance. Traders can use it to:
- Identify key breakout and retracement levels dynamically.
- Understand the shift between support and resistance as price action evolves.
- Gain confidence in their entries with real-time signals derived from logical fractal behavior.
By merging Fibonacci levels with fractal-based trading insights, this script offers a unique and comprehensive approach to analyzing market structure.
How It Works
The script uses a dual approach to provide insights:
1. Dynamic Fibonacci Levels:
- Automatically plots Fibonacci retracement and extension levels based on recent high and low swings, adjusting dynamically to current market trends.
- Allows traders to visualize key levels where price might reverse or extend.
2. Fractal Support and Resistance Logic:
- The script identifies fractal support and resistance by analyzing candle formations.
- When a candle body closes below the low of a previous candle, the previous low, which was fractal support, now becomes fractal resistance. The script generates a bearish signal, encouraging traders to look for sell opportunities at or above the previous low.
- Conversely, when a candle body closes above the high of a previous candle, the previous high, which was fractal resistance, becomes fractal support. The script generates a bullish signal, encouraging traders to look for buy opportunities at or below the previous high.
Real-Time Signals
The script marks these transitions with arrows on the chart:
- Bearish arrows indicate broken fractal support turning into resistance.
- Bullish arrows** indicate broken fractal resistance turning into support.
These signals help traders stay aligned with the trend and trade with market momentum.
Key Features
1. Session-Based Analysis: Focuses on high-probability setups by allowing traders to customize session times, such as London or US sessions.
2. Multi-Timeframe Support: Works seamlessly across multiple timeframes for both scalpers and swing traders.
3. Real-Time Alerts: Sends customizable alerts when price interacts with critical Fibonacci levels or fractal support/resistance shifts.
How to Use the Script
1. Apply the script to a clean chart for clear visualization. Avoid combining it with other scripts unless necessary.
2. Use the arrows to identify shifts in fractal support and resistance and validate opportunities for buy/sell trades.
3. Monitor the dynamic Fibonacci levels to find confluence with key price areas.
4. Customize session times to focus on high-probability trading hours.
Key Notes for Traders
- This script provides insights based on logical market structure but should be used alongside proper risk management and trading plans.
- The fractal-based approach works well in conjunction with dynamic Fibonacci levels, helping traders build confidence in their strategy.
- Adapt the script settings to match your unique trading style and timeframe preferences.
By offering a seamless integration of fractal logic and Fibonacci principles, Enigma Endgame empowers traders with actionable insights to navigate markets effectively.

Weekly Covered Calls StrategyWhat Does This Indicator Do?
This indicator is a tool to help you pick strike prices for your weekly covered call options strategy. It does two things:
Plots two suggested strike prices on your chart:
Aggressive Strike (red label): A strike price closer to the current price, offering higher premiums but with a higher chance of assignment.
Moderate Strike (blue label): A strike price further from the current price, offering lower premiums but with a lower chance of assignment.
Uses technical analysis (volatility) to calculate these strike prices dynamically. It adjusts them based on the market's volatility and your chosen risk settings.
How It Works:
The indicator uses the following inputs to determine the strike prices:
ATR (Average True Range):
This measures the stock's volatility (how much the stock moves up or down over a given period).
A higher ATR = more volatile stock = wider range for strike prices.
Delta Adjustments:
The default settings use Delta values of 0.12 (Aggressive) and 0.18 (Moderate).
Delta is a concept in options trading that estimates the likelihood of the option being "in the money" (ITM) by expiration.
A 0.12 Delta = 12% chance of assignment (Aggressive)
A 0.18 Delta = 18% chance of assignment (Moderate)
Volatility Factor:
This multiplies the ATR by a factor (default is 1.5) to estimate the expected price move and adjust strike prices accordingly.
How to Use the Indicator:
Step 1: Understand the Labels
Red Label (Aggressive Strike):
Closer to the current stock price.
You’ll collect higher premiums because the strike price is riskier (closer to being ITM).
Best for traders comfortable with a higher risk of assignment.
Blue Label (Moderate Strike):
Further from the current stock price.
You’ll collect lower premiums because the strike price is safer (further from being ITM).
Best for traders looking to avoid assignment and collect safer weekly income.
Step 2: Match It to the Options Chain
Open your options chain (like the one you see in Fidelity, TOS, or TradingView).
Look for the strike prices closest to the red (aggressive) and blue (moderate) labels plotted by the indicator.
Compare the premiums (the amount you collect for selling the call) and decide:
If you want higher income: Go with the Aggressive Strike.
If you want safety: Go with the Moderate Strike.
Step 3: Manage Your Risk and Income
Avoid Assignment:
If you do not want your shares to be called away, choose strike prices further from the current price (e.g., moderate strike).
Maximize Premiums:
If you’re okay with a chance of your shares being called away, choose the closer aggressive strike for higher premium income.
Weekly Income Goal:
Use this strategy consistently each week to collect premium income while holding your shares.
Step 4: Adjust for Your Risk Tolerance
You can adjust the Delta values (0.12 for Aggressive and 0.18 for Moderate) to suit your risk tolerance:
Lower Delta (e.g., 0.08–0.10): Safer, fewer chances of assignment, lower premiums.
Higher Delta (e.g., 0.20–0.25): Riskier, higher chances of assignment, higher premiums.
Technical Analysis Summary (What the Indicator Uses):
The indicator uses ATR (Average True Range) to measure volatility and estimate how far the price might move.
It then multiplies ATR by a Volatility Factor to calculate the strike prices.
Using the Delta Adjustment settings, it adjusts these strike prices to give you a balance between risk and reward.
Putting It All Together:
Look at the Chart: The indicator will show two lines and labels for strike prices.
Check the Options Chain: Find the closest strike prices and compare premiums.
Decide Your Strategy:
Want higher premium income? Choose the Aggressive Strike (red label).
Want lower risk of assignment? Choose the Moderate Strike (blue label).
Collect Weekly Income: Sell the call option and repeat this process weekly to generate consistent income.
Happy trading, and may your premiums roll in while your shares stay safe! 🎯📊

Daily Moving Averages on Intraday ChartsThis moving average script displays the chosen 5 daily moving averages on intraday (minute) charts. It automatically adjusts the intervals to show the proper moving averages.
In a day there are 375 trading minutes from 9:15 AM to 3:30PM in Indian market. In 5 days there are 1875 minutes. For other markets adjust this data accordingly.
If 5DMA is chosen on a five minute chart the moving average will use 375 interval values (1875/5 = 375) of 5minute chart to calculate moving average. Same 5DMA on 25minute chart will use 75 interval values (1875/25 = 75).
On a 1minute chart the 5DMA plot will use 1875 interval values to arrive at the moving average.
Since tradingview only allows 5000 intervals to lookback, if a particular daily moving average on intraday chart needs more than 5000 candle data it won't be shown. E.g 200DMA on 5minute chart needs 15000 candles data to plot a correct 200DMA line. Anything less than that would give incorrect moving average and hence it won't be shown on the chart.
MA crossover for the first two MAs is provided. If you want to use that option, make sure you give the moving averages in the correct order.
You can enhance this script and use it in any way you please as long as you make it opensource on TradingView. Feedback and improvement suggestions are welcome.
Special thanks to @JohnMuchow for his moving averages script for all timeframes.

Pine Script Brief: "44 Moving Average with Buy/Sell Signals"
This Pine Script is designed to generate buy and sell signals based on the interaction of the price with the 44-period Simple Moving Average (SMA). It also considers the closing behavior of the last five candles to further refine the conditions for generating signals. The script is intended for use in technical analysis for trading strategies on platforms like TradingView.
Features:
44-Period Simple Moving Average (SMA):
The script calculates and plots the 44-period SMA of the closing price on the chart, providing a trend-following indicator.
The SMA is used as a key level to determine when price action is "touching" or interacting with the moving average.
Buy and Sell Signal Logic:
Buy Signal:
The candle is green (close > open).
The candle's high and low are around the 44 SMA, indicating the candle is "touching" or near the moving average.
At least 2 of the last 5 candles must have closed above the 44 SMA.
The 44 SMA is positioned below the midpoint of the current candle.
Sell Signal:
The candle is red (close < open).
The candle's high and low are around the 44 SMA.
At least 2 of the last 5 candles must have closed below the 44 SMA.
The 44 SMA is positioned above the midpoint of the current candle.
Label Plotting:
The script uses the plotSignal function to plot buy and sell labels directly on the chart. The labels are plotted at the low of a green candle (for buy signals) and the high of a red candle (for sell signals).
Labels are color-coded for quick identification: green for buy and red for sell.
EMA for Smoothing (Optional):
An optional Exponential Moving Average (EMA) is plotted for additional trend smoothing, allowing users to visualize another moving average for possible trend-following strategies.
The length of the EMA is customizable, and it is plotted on the chart alongside the 44 SMA.
Alert Conditions:
Alerts can be set up for both buy and sell signals, notifying the user when these conditions are met. The alerts are triggered whenever the script detects a valid buy or sell signal.
Customizable Inputs:
The script allows customization of the following:
Smoothing Length: For the optional EMA line.
Tolerance: For adjusting the proximity check (candle touching the 44 SMA).
Styling: The color and text of the buy and sell labels can be customized.
Usage:
This script can be used by traders who want to identify possible entry and exit points based on price interaction with the 44-period moving average, combined with the behavior of previous candles. It is suitable for trend-following strategies and can be used in conjunction with other indicators to refine trading decisions.
Key Benefits:
Provides visual signals (buy/sell) directly on the chart.
Considers both immediate price action and historical trends (previous candles).

Last Freemans Ver1This script is a technical indicator for TradingView that combines three popular tools for analyzing price movements:
Relative Strength Index (RSI): This measures the momentum of recent price changes and indicates potential overbought or oversold conditions. The script allows you to adjust the RSI length (default 14) and define overbought (default 70) and oversold (default 30) levels.
Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD): This indicator helps identify trend direction and potential turning points. It uses two moving averages (fast and slow) and a signal line. The script lets you customize the lengths of the MACD lines (fast: 12, slow: 26, signal: 9).
Exponential Moving Average (EMA): This is a smoothing indicator used to identify the underlying trend by filtering out price noise. You can adjust the EMA length (default 200) in the script.
Additionally, the script generates Buy/Sell signals based on the following conditions:
Buy Signal:
MACD line crosses above the signal line (indicating a potential uptrend).
RSI is below the oversold level (suggesting room for price increase).
Closing price is below the EMA (potentially indicating a price pullback before an upswing).
Sell Signal:
MACD line crosses below the signal line (indicating a potential downtrend).
RSI is above the overbought level (suggesting potential for a price decrease).
Closing price is above the EMA (potentially indicating a price breakout before a decline).
Visualization:
The script plots the following on the chart:
RSI line (blue) with overbought and oversold levels as dashed lines (red and green, respectively).
MACD line (red) and signal line (blue).
EMA line (orange).
Green triangle up (below the bar) for Buy signals.
Red triangle down (above the bar) for Sell signals.
Important Note:
This script provides trading signals based on technical indicators, but keep in mind that these are not guaranteed predictions of future price movements. Always conduct your own research and consider other factors before making trading decisions.
Trend Continuation RatioThis TradingView indicator calculates the likelihood of consecutive bullish or bearish days over a specified period, giving insights into day-to-day continuation patterns within the market.
How It Works
Period Length Input:
The user sets the period length (e.g., 20 days) to analyze.
After each period, the counts reset, allowing fresh data for each new interval.
Bullish and Bearish Day Definitions:
A day is considered bullish if the closing price is higher than the opening price.
A day is considered bearish if the closing price is lower than the opening price.
Count Tracking:
Within each specified period, the indicator tracks:
Total Bullish Days: The number of days where the close is greater than the open.
Total Bearish Days: The number of days where the close is less than the open.
Bullish to Bullish Continuations: Counts each instance where a bullish day is followed by another bullish day.
Bearish to Bearish Continuations: Counts each instance where a bearish day is followed by another bearish day.
Calculating Continuation Ratios:
The Bullish Continuation Ratio is calculated as the percentage of bullish days that were followed by another bullish day:
Bullish Continuation Ratio = (Bullish to Bullish Continuations /Total Bullish Days)×100
Bullish Continuation Ratio=( Total Bullish Days/Bullish to Bullish Continuations )×100
The Bearish Continuation Ratio is the percentage of bearish days followed by another bearish day:
Bearish Continuation Ratio = (Bearish to Bearish Continuations/Total Bearish Days)×100
Bearish Continuation Ratio=( Total Bearish Days/Bearish to Bearish Continuations )×100
Display on Chart:
The indicator displays a table in the top-right corner of the chart with:
Bullish Continuation Ratio (%): Percentage of bullish days that led to another bullish day within the period.
Bearish Continuation Ratio (%): Percentage of bearish days that led to another bearish day within the period.
Usage Insights
High Ratios: If the bullish or bearish continuation ratio is high, it suggests a trend where bullish/bearish days often lead to similar days, indicating possible momentum.
Low Ratios: Low continuation ratios indicate frequent reversals, which could suggest a range-bound or volatile market.
This indicator is helpful for assessing short-term trend continuation tendencies, allowing traders to gauge whether they are more likely to see follow-through on bullish or bearish days within a chosen timeframe.
Average Up and Down Candles Streak with Predicted Next CandleThis indicator is designed to analyze price trends by examining the patterns of up and down streaks (consecutive bullish or bearish candles) over a defined period. It uses this data to provide insights on whether the next candle is likely to be bullish or bearish, and it visually displays relevant information on the chart.
Here’s a breakdown of what the indicator does:
1. Inputs and Parameters
Period (Candles): Defines the number of candles used to calculate the average length of bullish and bearish streaks. For example, if the period is set to 20, the indicator will analyze the past 20 candles to determine average up and down streak lengths.
Bullish/Bearish Bias Signal Toggle: These options allow users to show or hide visual signals (green or red circles) when there’s a bullish or bearish bias in the trend based on the indicator’s calculations.
2. Streak Calculation
The indicator looks at each candle within the period to identify if it closed up (bullish) or down (bearish).
Up Streak: The indicator counts consecutive bullish candles. When there’s a bearish candle, it resets the up streak count.
Down Streak: Similarly, it counts consecutive bearish candles and resets when a bullish candle appears.
Averages: Over the defined period, the indicator calculates the average length of up streaks and average length of down streaks. This provides a baseline to assess whether the current streak is typical or extended.
3. Current and Average Streak Display
The indicator displays the current up and down streak lengths alongside the average streak lengths for comparison. This data appears in a table on the chart, allowing you to see at a glance:
The current streak length (for both up and down trends)
The average streak length for up and down trends over the chosen period
4. Trend Prediction for the Next Candle
Next Candle Prediction: Based on the current streak and its comparison to the average, the indicator predicts the likely direction of the next candle:
Bullish: If the current up streak is shorter than the average up streak, suggesting that the bullish trend could continue.
Bearish: If the current down streak is shorter than the average down streak, indicating that the bearish trend may continue.
Neutral: If the current streak length is near the average, which could signal an upcoming reversal.
This prediction appears in a table on the chart, labeled as “Next Candle.”
5. Previous Candle Analysis
The Previous Candle entry in the table reflects the last completed candle (directly before the current candle) to show whether it was bullish, bearish, or neutral.
This data gives a reference point for recent price action and helps validate the next candle prediction.
6. Visual Signals and Reversal Zones
Bullish/Bearish Bias Signals: The indicator can plot green circles on bullish bias and red circles on bearish bias to highlight points where the trend is likely to continue.
Reversal Zones: If the current streak length reaches or exceeds the average, it suggests the trend may be overextended, indicating a potential reversal zone. The indicator highlights these zones with shaded backgrounds (green for possible bullish reversal, red for bearish) on the chart.
Summary of What You See on the Chart
Bullish and Bearish Bias Signals: Green or red circles mark areas of expected continuation in the trend.
Reversal Zones: Shaded areas in red or green suggest that the trend might be about to reverse.
Tables:
The Next Candle prediction table displays the trend direction of the previous candle and the likely trend of the next candle.
The Streak Information table shows the current up and down streak lengths, along with their averages for easy comparison.
Practical Use
This indicator is helpful for traders aiming to understand trend momentum and potential reversals based on historical patterns. It’s particularly useful for swing trading, where knowing the typical length of bullish or bearish trends can help in timing entries and exits.

5-0 Harmonic Pattern [TradingFinder] 0XABCD 50 Harmonic Detector🔵 Introduction
Harmonic patterns are a powerful tool in technical analysis, widely used to detect reversal points and trend changes. Among these, the 5-0 Harmonic Pattern stands out due to its reliance on specific Fibonacci ratios—1.13, 1.618, 2.24, and 0.45 to 0.55—anchored at points 0, X, A, B, C, and D. This pattern provides a structured approach for identifying critical buy and sell points, helping traders achieve optimal entry and exit levels in volatile markets.
This 5-0 Harmonic Pattern indicator automatically detects and marks bullish and bearish formations on the chart, offering precise trading signals based on established harmonic ratios. With its dynamic signals, the 5-0 pattern enables traders to anticipate market movements and capitalize on favorable price trends.
Especially in fast-moving markets, harmonic patterns, particularly the 5-0 Harmonic Pattern, equip traders with an essential framework for identifying reversal opportunities and refining their trading strategies.
Bullish 5-0 Pattern :
Bearish 5-0 Pattern :
🔵 How to Use
The 5-0 Harmonic Pattern indicator is designed to automatically mark the key levels of the harmonic structure: 0, X, A, B, C, and D. By doing so, it detects both bullish and bearish patterns and helps traders recognize optimal entry and exit points.
Formed through specific Fibonacci levels, this pattern signals potential shifts in trend direction, giving traders critical insights for managing entries and exits effectively. The tool proves valuable in high-volatility settings, enabling traders to leverage these signals for refined decision-making.
🟣 Bullish 5-0 Pattern
A bullish 5-0 pattern materializes when Fibonacci levels indicate a potential price reversal to the upside. With points 0, X, A, B, C, and D in alignment, the indicator highlights this upward momentum by displaying a green arrow as a buy signal on the chart. This marking provides a clear entry point, indicating that prices are likely to rise, making it a prime moment for traders to enter long positions.
Additionally, the bullish 5-0 pattern is equipped with tools for traders to set stop-loss and take-profit points based on harmonic lines within the pattern, which represent support and resistance levels. Using these dynamic points, traders can create a more effective risk-reward setup while following the bullish signals in a standalone harmonic strategy.
🟣 Bearish 5-0 Pattern
The bearish 5-0 pattern functions similarly but signals a likely downturn. This pattern emerges when Fibonacci ratios align at points 0, X, A, B, C, and D, predicting a reversal downward. The indicator generates a sell signal, marked by a red arrow, prompting traders to exit long positions or initiate short trades to capitalize on falling prices.
Traders can utilize this bearish pattern for defining exit strategies and setting key levels for stop-loss and take-profit orders. The bearish 5-0 pattern enhances traders’ abilities to gauge critical price levels and manage trade risk effectively, especially in volatile markets. For traders focused on profiting from downward trends, this indicator serves as a powerful tool for timely entries and exits.
🔵 Setting
🟣 Logical Setting
ZigZag Pivot Period : You can adjust the period so that the harmonic patterns are adjusted according to the pivot period you want. This factor is the most important parameter in pattern recognition.
Show Valid Forma t: If this parameter is on "On" mode, only patterns will be displayed that they have exact format and no noise can be seen in them. If "Off" is, the patterns displayed that maybe are noisy and do not exactly correspond to the original pattern.
Show Formation Last Pivot Confirm : if Turned on, you can see this ability of patterns when their last pivot is formed. If this feature is off, it will see the patterns as soon as they are formed. The advantage of this option being clear is less formation of fielded patterns, and it is accompanied by the latest pattern seeing and a sharp reduction in reward to risk.
Period of Formation Last Pivot : Using this parameter you can determine that the last pivot is based on Pivot period.
🟣 Genaral Setting
Show : Enter "On" to display the template and "Off" to not display the template.
Color : Enter the desired color to draw the pattern in this parameter.
LineWidth : You can enter the number 1 or numbers higher than one to adjust the thickness of the drawing lines. This number must be an integer and increases with increasing thickness.
LabelSize : You can adjust the size of the labels by using the "size.auto", "size.tiny", "size.smal", "size.normal", "size.large" or "size.huge" entries.
🟣 Alert Setting
Alert : On / Off
Message Frequency : This string parameter defines the announcement frequency. Choices include: "All" (activates the alert every time the function is called), "Once Per Bar" (activates the alert only on the first call within the bar), and "Once Per Bar Close" (the alert is activated only by a call at the last script execution of the real-time bar upon closing). The default setting is "Once per Bar".
Show Alert Time by Time Zone : The date, hour, and minute you receive in alert messages can be based on any time zone you choose. For example, if you want New York time, you should enter "UTC-4". This input is set to the time zone "UTC" by default.
Conclusion
The 5-0 Harmonic Pattern indicator serves as a robust solution for technical analysts and traders looking to pinpoint market reversal points. By automatically recognizing 5-0 patterns and generating buy and sell signals based on Fibonacci ratios, this tool supports precise trend analysis and entry/exit timing. The indicator’s adjustable alerts, color themes, and pattern toggles allow for comprehensive customization, ensuring alignment with individual trading strategies.
Harmonic patterns, especially the 5-0 Harmonic Pattern, guide traders in identifying high-accuracy entry and exit points, thus aiding in more informed trading decisions.
