1. In Feb'24, Company ordered execution of 15 MW Solar Power Project (Auto-Tracker Modules) under Captive Power Producer (CPP) segment to M/s. KPIG Energia Private Limited (a WoS of M/s. KPI Green Energy Limited).

The execution of the same to start from the date of order and is scheduled to be completed in the FY25, in trenches.

2. Novoloop and company achieve continuous operations of pilot plant. Construction was completed in Mar'24, started in Jan'24. The pilot plant has now passed equipment testing and solvent runs, and has achieved continuous operations with the usage of commercially-representative waste feedstock.

3. In Jan'24, Company, H. B. Fuller, and Saudi Aramco Technologies Company jointly announce the first commercialization of the sustainable Converge polyols technology.

4. Co. executes strategic agreement with Global Lithium-Ion Battery Producer to announce entry in the electrolyte additives space
