As we talked about the anatomy of a bubble earlier with palladium reaching its top and subsequently collapsing, this bubble top formation seems to be much more similar to that of Microsoft in the year 1999-2000.
We see the same parabolic move followed by a second exhaustive momentum climb. With a top formation and a subsequent blast-off overshooting any kind of logical growth other than that of irrational expectation. At a P/E ratio of 140, there is no fundamental reason to buy this stock other than the fact that everyone else is buying it.
