JLS: CHF, JPY & EUR Re-Carry Trading AUD & AUD-Debt Securities
The CHF, JPY and EUR carry traders re-carrying the AUD & AUD-denominated debt securities. This will cause the AUS200 or Australian capital market to rise by the flowing of capital into the Australian economy.
The re-carry trading activity will drive the prices of AUDCHF, AUDJPY and AUDEUR bullish to upward to their upper bands/ceilings to their equivalent rates to USDCHF 1.0700, USDJPY 117.00 and EURUSD 0.9200. Note, EURAUD to downward band/ceiling (AUDEUR to upward band/ceiling).
