For AUDJPY we can see a big gartley on the weekly timeframe. I however had no interest trading this plain because
a) the ABCD pattern inside the gartley was a bit messy
b) the market exposure is just too big for me trading the weekly (timewise)
c) im not the biggest fan as trading gartley plain anyway due to iffy RRR
I was however lookin what effect the gartley might has on lower timeframes. I also was lookin at the alt bat pattern but i didnt find the desired confirmation to get in yet.
we now started (after a solid momentum spike) to consolidate in the lower half of the big trendchannel formed by the gartley CD leg. if we can break this consolidation to the upside i will be looking to buy.
Targets would be the small bat pattern completion, a retest of the upper trendline and potentially a break of the trendline to look for more upside.
