Bank Nifty target of 38k+ given on August 18, 2019 hit!

Yes Friends, Bank Nifty target of 38k+ given on August 18, 2019 got hit recently when it made a high of 38,377.25 on September 28, 2021. Link is attached herewith for reference. What is important to note is when the view was given, it was clearly mentioned to use any dips in Bank Nifty to accumulate it & we were in a Pre Covid Era.
