A clear break-out on the Weekly chart portends a long-term uptrend in BHEL. While it is a perpetual laggard, and not a particularly healthy (financially speaking!) company, it offers a good opportunity to accumulate for the medium to long term. It will be interesting to track, particularly with a focus on whether this break-out is indeed sustainable - key resistances are at 42 & 52 respectively.
