The price is at point where it can either fall or go up, the Macd shows the bullish divergences is ending, usually when that happen the price can fall very fast/quickly. However, if the volume of total trades increases then Macd/Rsi can show more divergences (it happened with US30 before - See the link at bottom for my reference). However, the price usually tests 200ma at some point (also happened in US30 even after more divergences). So at this point the price is at very critical level where trader really needs to be careful, use appropriate limit orders and stop losses with proper risk management. And yes the change in BTCUSD price also effects other altcoin including Ethusd..
