SL when orange line will be tested and broken

the orange line was tested, but not broken (for me price must go much below this line to say it was broken -3 to 5 % below in price terms, when my first target for profit was well above 10% with good risk/reward ratio). Now SL is under horizontal, blue line (around 8900)
