Bears are fighting the formation of double bottom . a break above 14200 would expose 14454 the 0.236 fib level . could add a short from there if price breaks otherwise bear will take over control and negate the double bottom formation

Bears are taking over so far until now and slowly turning that in completed double bottoms into double tops . break below 12900 would open floor for bigger lower movement ..let's wait and see
