After QNTBTC and potentially TOMOBTC I can't remember any really massive base formation (strong accumulation - consolidation) vs BTC at a bottom. DOCK had that massive capitulation vs BTC in 2018 and 2019, but in August of 2019 it bottomed and since then it hasn't made any REAL new lows, only briefly sweeping the 2019 ATLs. From early Nov 2020 since end of Feb 2021 it kept consolidating and on low timeframes it had a significant accumulation. It pumped, retested that area, bounced very nicely and has tested is highs near 300 sats so many times, that when they break the rally could be massive.
