My vision of the scenario on the $DOT

Arguments for this development of events:

1) Dominance is not yet in favor of altcoins
2) The big player has not bought back the coins yet
3) Now a lot of "bulls" have divorced
4) Waiting for the regulation of the crypto market (it will lead to the final wave of decline)
