Nice handle forming for cup and handle pattern. Once market stops bleeding which is likely to bounce atleast temporarily from the oversold territory, Price for EL may also break out of handle. Getting ready to go long once the set up is completely formed. I see this downward pressure from market cyclical and likely to not have crash as lots of fear mongerer are claiming.
