Btc dominance is on the rise, Eth usually follows. Technically we have a potential macd bull cross with upticking histogram as well as bullish rsi. Last time this happened between the 15th-17th we saw a nice bounce. Also it's holding right above a trendline that dates back to February. Let's see if we see something similar.
