And we are going to use all them to decide which pair we should enter to short.
This is an advanced trading logic for cross-currency pairs.
AUDUSD:
There is a broken trendline inside the channel, indicating that a small correction is coming or reflection point on the channel, whatever. They all are telling the same story that Aussie is slow down on its bear trip.
AUDNZD:
Even though AUDNZD has a broken blue trendline, the red ascending broken trendline is what concern us more. You can consider a resistance zone that stopping AUDNZD to rise. Meaning NZDUSD is going to rise faster than AUDUSD. Pls go check chart on NZDUSD to see if it founding its support right now.
EURAUD:
Some traders must profit a lots from the reversal trade from the top. And that is not stopping. We mark some price on the chart to see if EURAUD can go down to hit them. If you are not entering a short trade on EURAUD, we would suggest you to try another pair: EURNZD. Taking AUDNZD 's situation into consideration, that EURNZD is a great pair to short and its just at the beginning of its new descending trade, meaning you can hold if for quite a long time .
EURNZD:
Pls go check it on the weekly and daily chart. On weekly chart, we assume that a shooting star going to appear later after the trading time is closed this week. And on daily chart, you can find out a EVENING STAR candlesticks pattern already which happen to be the neck position( red zone). Of course, price still have chance to make a new top. Nothing is impossible, we are just trying to hunt pips from a high probability for price to go. Once an assumption is done, all we need to do is finding the entry signal, calculate your lots size based on your stop loss position and then hold it still to see what will happen.
