I think it can be a profitable short trade. The price bounced from 1.12000 and broke the local uptrend line. It gave us a trend reversal signal. RSI confirmed the price reversal. MACD supports a possible downward movement. DMI does not tell us that buyers have the power to push the price upward. We have a sell opportunity.

Entry Price: below 1.11450
Stop Level: above 1.12175
Profit Level: at 1.10025

Risk per trade must be no more than 1% of your capital.

It is a good example of why we must use stop orders. In spite of bearish and trend reversal signals, the price broke the resistance and continued the upward movement. EURUSD moved upward in the situation when fundamental news had to push EUR downward. The pair moved upward even the market made a strong upward movement before, and a deep correction would be logical.
There are no 100% reliable trading signals. Don't forget about it!
