Excellent Short EURUSD Idea 17/05/18 THU - MAX
Hi , It's me Max again, hope you guys are trading well.
Check out the my chart drawn for EUR/USD.
Fundamental reason:
USD: - continue focus on 10 year treasury yields, and rate hike rate expectation for 2018.
EUR: - not so good datas recently for EZ economics, and the continue need for stimulus should make EZ lag behind US, and especially with the Brexit still hanging over.
Technical Reason:
As the chart drawn, yesterday after the chart broken previous low of 118.23, it have made a decent low at 117.63.
With today's pullback which tried to stay above this previous support at 118.23 has failed, and now expecting it to be resistance instead. We should expect the trend to continue and try to retest the low of yesterday and even break below it 117.63.
The Resistance we look to sell is 118.37 and 118.54, or even close to blue MA, around 118.70
Remember to make the trade at least 2 Reward over Risk profit target to make the trade worthwhile and always cut losses short and let profit run!
