EURUSD - Weekly MA resistance - multiple failed breakut attempts

Weekly 200 & 100 MAs' hold back EURUSD @ 1.1750 -> even if there will be a break I am not trading it in the first round, only after pullback. -> keeping my neutral slightly short EURUSD view.
