Spy just broke of its bear trend with its first higher high on Feb 1st as it broke above the Dec 13th high , similar story for QQQ which ended its bear trend on Jan 22nd , slightly stronger.
While this is great , the FTSE has actually managed to close at an all time high . In addition to that France and German 40 indexes are also exhibiting strong RS . The general theme is that Europe is outperforming the US significantly at this time , yet, the net short levels are also very high still (according to Daily FX data I like to track) .
I could not find a FTSE 100 etf that matches the index , if you know of one please let me know the ticker .
That being said EURL looks like a good way trade it .
