GBPUSD has retraced 62%, should we start long position? Comment

GBPUSD has retraced 62%, so it is time to go long. But I don't take aggressive entry. So I'll analyse GBPUSD on H4 candlestick and then if condition of price action get satisfied, I will start new position.
