In my previous idea, i stated that IBIO would consolidate around mid 4 area until next breakout but it was not how it ended. With Russian news and insider dumping, IBIO went back all the way to its breakout point. Currently, it is touching the trend drawn all the way from the beginning of the year that connects two breakout point (green line, breakout points are drawn in blue). Is it ready for a run?

this ticker is loosing all of its impulsive upward moves when it touches support that i have witness for pass few months, without news, this might look very bad.
