LMND, TIME TO BUY?

Hello fellow traders and investors, here's another trade idea.
LMND has recently pulled back to the support area, if LMND makes a full recovery it offers a 40 to 55% ROI.

Technicals:
The Macd indicates that LMND is oversold.
The Macd is about to cross its EMA.
The EMA's indicate that LMND is in an uptrend.

When To Buy:
When the Macd indicates a reversal by crossing its EMA

When To Sell:
I recommend selling in the take profit area offering around a 40 to 55% ROI.

Fundamentals: Lemonade, Inc. is an insurance holding company, which engages in the provision of home and renters insurance services. The firm also acts as an insurance agent that offers underwriting and claims services through its subsidiary. LMND has a P/S of 70.5 which indicates that LMND's valuation is overpriced, of course they have a debt/equity of 0 since they are an insurance company, sales growth of -70% Q/Q, Earnings per share growth of 76% Q/Q and finally a ROI of -22%. Fundamentals aren't great except for the 0 debt/equity they have.

Rating: 75/100 since I like the technical setup a lot in this scenario and the only reason obviously why theyr not getting 100/100 is because of their financials.

NOTE: I am anticipating a little pullback and I might buy some shares during the dip I am anticipating.

I hope you enjoyed this quick analysis and many more to come.
