LTC possible inverse H&S still?

I've been only studying TA for literally a few months. Just watching everyone else's ideas and reading up on my own. Not Financial advice but speculation and a educated guess. LTC could still be in a inverse Head and Shoulders pattern and looking at how BTC is in a symmetrical triangle debating about a break out or break down.
LTC could breakout as well if BTC does but if BTC breaks down. Even though LTC is in a bullish pattern, it will still follow BTC in the direction it goes since it is closely tied to it still.
I could be wrong but I want to learn how to spot patterns and know good trading ideas. If I am wrong, just let me know why the idea is off or why it couldn't be that way. Im more than happy to learn from those who know more
