Take a small nibble once it breaks out from the resistance level at 0.48 or wait for it to retrace to support at 0.375. If it falls further, great, expects it to revisit 0.29 level which is a great discount to get this REIT.

I am still waiting .......after more than 1 year .....the overall REITs market in SG is falling......may be reaching its bottom soon so no hurry to buy now

Yes, I am still awaiting......haha. Hopefully, next year when Feds decide to lower interest rates, then the REITS sectors that has been pretty bad affected will start to shine again.
