It looks to me like a strong push for

once US Market opens. I'm suggesting about 200 pips but this move could be big, if you've got the capital I'd highly recommend riding it before another sharp drop with a trailing stop loss.
I'd suggest entering soon as market opens.

Don't actually, we all need to learn lessons
If you can assess what happened by thinking back, what was your frame of mind, what was your goal, why did you want to chase if you were ahead, etc etc. Lots of factors, but I won't lecture anyone. But i'd rather you learn from someone who's experienced it first hand, then continue to wash your account like a Robo Vaccum on steroids.
