Valuations are at extreme value-stock valuation levels based on earnings multiples. Prices went parabolic and overshoot in many but some are still budding. Some pullback is expected so buy the dip. Also, the finance governor in China didn't say he was not going to use the bazooka he just said he didn't have a specific plan, but still affirmed a "Bazooka" massive stimulus.
