If the price touches this area and there is strength, the stock will quickly break through the rectangle.

For me, it's not safe to buy yet... either I'll wait for us to get closer to 2.98 for a small squeeze, or I'll wait for the second cross of the EMA 9 / 20.

Note that this stock is so boring that the consolidation phase typically lasts more than 90 days... lol.
