NASDAQ, JUST A HEALTHY CORRECTION!
Hello fellow traders and investors, as you may know, stocks have been pulling back quite a bit recently and for anyone that is an emotional mess because of the current pullback, this trade idea is for you.
For this trade idea, I will be focusing primarily on the tech sector. Tech stocks have just experienced a healthy pullback approaching the bottom trendline, it offers an 8% ROI if it recovers to the previous high. I expect the US100 to pull back to the 12800$ range before indicating signs of a reversal.
Tips:
1.Whenever the RSI is indicating that the sector is overbought then I recommend you reduce your position size
2.If you become an emotional mess during these pullbacks then you are most likely investing with too much money. Remember trading is much easier when you aren't emotional since you take more informed decisions.
3.Use a systematic approach so your emotions are less involved.
