DowJones Possibly Ready to Print Higher Highs

This analysis is strictly based off the latest price action that has been occurring with DJI & the current state that the VIX is in.
The VIX is currently in a clear down trend.
It seems like the bears are in a phase were they are starting to get trapped.
This analysis can change very fast but as of now this is what I'm seeing and noticing & how I feel.
