Time to short stocks market ?

3 thg 1, 202333400 level which has been resistance, support and resistance, seems to be rejected again.

The Fed will continue to raise rates in 2023 to fight inflation so this is not good for the economy.
And the war in Ukraine is a problem too for global supplies and demands.
