I never trade before the rate decisions and recommend this for everyone. The opposite is simply gambling with 50%-50% chance. I am quite sure many traders have seen their stops hit a few moments ago. Now wait for a best position to enter on the long side. I will do just that if I am convinced. Trading is in one way being able to change your positions due to circumstances and never looking back. This practice may come over many years though. Good tradings.
