NFP results @ 151k are not bad, considering the August figures are historically muted. Also bear in mind the August figures are usually adjust up, due to seasonal adjustments etc. So, a 190k number would have made Sep. really interesting in terms of a possible hike by the FOMC however, this number has stood up and would support a December hike. I anticipate no hike in Sep. but some hawkish comments will reinforce the USD and support some bullish movement.
On the JPY front, what can we say, September will be very interesting...
