USOIL on the 4h chart is testing a minor resistance level at the 106 area.
The price after the recent low started a higher high higher low move with the last retracement over the 0.618 Fibonacci level.
How can i approach this scenario?
I will wait for a potential break of the structure and if that happens i will look for a nice buy order according to the Plancton's strategy rules.
