Today I am sharing my view on Wayfair, which IMHO this is WAY overbought & just absolutely ridiculous. $20 to $200 for a stock that is still reporting a net-loss & selling Crap Chinese goods with awful customer service. Reminds me of wish for furniture, well maybe lets not take it that far lol! Anyhow lots of competition in the space, Amazon, HD, Overstock, and many more local furniture stores, IMHO people still like to sit down and checkout the furniture BEFORE they buy!
Still I don't get any logical reasoning for this to continue going higher. I am not impressed with their latest 10Q which all the hype was around the new orders and what not. Still they are REPORTING A NET-LOSS! Plus a lot of the numbers look better in 2019 compared to 2020 which also isn't a good thing. Here ya go check it out for yourself!
Did some more research on the latest 10Q & I still don't understand how a company operating at a 256mil net-loss but records a 20% increase in revenue for on quarter can go from $20 to $200... Something is off with the pricing here & chart is printing weird, we know time will tell.
Cash used in operating activities in the three months ended March 31, 2020 was $256.3 million and was driven primarily by a net loss of $285.9 million
