WKHS - USPS Deal $218 & No Deal $4

There is a possibility of USPS contract to $WKHS in the last week of Sept or 1st week of Oct (due to market correction). If it does, going to hit $218-$220 (Based on fib levels).

In case there is no USPS deal then it's going to pull down to $4.
