Hello, Traders. In the gold chart, we have noticed that price have reached the top level of previous high, and we will be expecting a downfall in the gold soon. We analyse that this is a corrective move of C leg to the downside before price continue its move up. As seen in the USD DXY chart, the price of dollar is falling, which cause rise in the price of gold. But, we expect there still can be one more impulse up for the DXY before price really drop. If other way around, DXY could still continue to fall as next rate cut is priced in and Gold price could also drop drastically, as correlation doesn't always work.
