Gold Long - Six Month trendline break (Update)
Following my previous post about the major trendline break. We see the market play out exactly as analysed. A clean break of the trendline, followed by a retest of the trendline and a continuation of the uptrend. Textbook technical analysis.
Fundementally, the US Market is now starting to slowly see the effects of inflation due to the Federal Reserves Powell's money printing. Prices are increasing, there are even reports of goods having less product for the same amount of $. Investors are moving to other assets pegged against the USD to combat the devaluation of the purchasing power within its borders.
The Analysis played out exactly as described in the previous post, showing also not only what may happen but how to trade that price action should it do so. Analysis and trading are two different ball games.
