Gold is hard to forecast now, WHY?
USD index down >>> GOLD UP
US STOCK UP >>> GOLD DOWN .............. USA CHINA TRADE DEAL, OR FEDS respond to Trump request to raate cut and stop messing around with balance sheet to tighten monetary policy, He actually wants them to ease not to tighten. Would the Feds respond? No, but they wont rate hike for sure, they may freeze on current rate for a year or two, and may slow down the tighten rate of monetary policy.
So, where is Gold Heading, STOCK will continue up, GOLD is not attractive when STOCK is UP, so it will DOWN, USD = no rate hikes >> DOWN >> Sending GOLD up. this is the trick, would Stock have more effect or USD index on GOLD? Whoever can answer correct? Is a Millionaire
I forecast STOCK will rally sending GOLD to 1260 from 1316 range, and after that GOLD will get back to 1300 Range, so Im looking to sell 1316 range. Thanks for Thumps UP
