During this long flatline occured very strong resistacnce (bold white line on the chart) that we can't break at all. A lot of tries but no success. If the price breaks throught this resistance and holds above, then it will face another strong resistance at $3960.
Moreover, there are a lot of SHORT positions at the moment, so there is a chance that we will see some upward movements with the purpose of hitting Stop Losses, before going lower. The upward movement will be the end of ABC pattern (BC wave on the chart), after which we will see a new downward 1-5 cycle. So, in a word: in case of a small pump - pay all attention at the $3960 level.
